The rules that apply when you use Initiate and buy from the shops on it.

Initiate connects buyers with independent shops. Each product is sold by the shop shown on its page, which is responsible for the product description, its compliance, its shipping and its after-sales service. Initiate operates the platform, collects payments on behalf of the shops and handles customer service.
You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity on your account. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include the product price; shipping, taxes and the carbon-offset contribution are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted.
Delivery, returns and refunds follow our Shipping & Returns policy. This does not limit the rights you have under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other consumer laws that apply to you.
Reviews must describe your real experience. We may remove reviews and content that are false, offensive, or that infringe the rights of others.
The Initiate name, logo and site design belong to [Legal company name]. Product photos and descriptions belong to their shops.
